Tr (PCA-Tr) antigens is expressed in the Purkinje neurones and has a similar distribution as Yo antibody.

Like Yo, Tr antibody shows female bias and is strongly associated with Hodgkin’s disease.

Tr antibody is also a marker for paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration.
